Zoe Adjonyoh



Chef Zoe Adjonyoh is the founder of Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen, which began life in Hackney in 2011 as a series of sold-out upper clubs. Before long, Zoe found herself heading up kitchen residencies across London and Berlin, a restaurant in Brixton and now her very own cookbook. Her dishes are inspired by her extended family in West Africa, where Zoe has spent time exploring recipes in her grandmother’s kitchen and at the famous Kaneshi street market, where she chatted with cooks about their own twists on traditional recipes.
